Admitted along with 3 others at the same time this morning. Staff didn’t take my phone number properly and had to re send their very long website survey - probably set me back in the queue. They then admitted 4 others after me. All of them were seen before me- even though one of them wanted me to go first and didn’t seem distressed. I asked for ice to numb the pain on the thumb. Was given something the size it two ice cubes 😔 I gave up after 2 hours and 7 people seen before me who even they found me being constantly put the... read more
Been here a few times so far and every time I visited at least for me, I didn’t have to wait too long. Each experience here the doctors and nurses have been fabulous, being speedy and professional, making me feel these guys are way more trustworthy than the ER where you would have to wait a few hours at least. Very smooth experience to get a few stitches. Lovely doctor and nurse who provided great care.
I attended the care clinic today, as my GP was already closed and my eye infection got painful. It was a bit tricky to find, I got first send to the ER but the nurse arranged that a security guy walked me over to the care centre. The receptionist was super friendly and GP was very helpful, checked my eyes throughly and gave me a prescription. The waiting time was not overly long, maybe an hour altogether. I expected worse for a free service at the hospital, so I don’t know why people complain. Thank you!
