Dr.Patel was very helpful in answering my questions and is also very understanding of my feelings.
Dr Patel is easy to talk to and provided the guidance and expectation on what would be done and the outcome. I understood and set up the following appt with them. The only thing is wishing the app to log in was simple to use. I got hung up a couple of times with the insurance and ID that I request to give to the front desk.person to make copies of.
Very attentive and knowledgeable.
