To the guy who shot me the middle finger in the parking lot simply because I didn't know where else to turn around, other than your parking lot, I'm thankful that my children didn't see it for me to have to explain to them that some people have anger issues (regardless of how friendly you try to be by waiving). I'm sure you run quite the friendly establishment. #Sarcasm

If you are looking for a great workout and inspiring community, look no further! From the first email I had with the owners, asking to drop in and check things out, I felt so welcomed.
