I was never actually able to meet the doctor but feel strongly that I need to leave a review for others looking for a new cardiology group. I called to make an initial appt in July and was scheduled for the earliest appt on Sept 9th. In August the office called to say they had to reschedule because the doctor would be out of office. Dr Tummala has performed tests and two surgeries on me. He really made me feel more at ease with his explanation of what was going to happen.
I have been searching for an excellent cardiologist for years and I have finally found him. Dr Tummala is extremely competent, very detailed, and very current with the medical literature! If you are trying to find a caring, smart cardiologist that is not arrogant and is very down to earth, he is your guy! A truly hidden gem!
I had my first visit with this amazing doctor yesterday. He is very thorough, and listens to what you have to say. I have total confidence in his ability to treat my heart conditions.
