Not only are the products absolutely phenomenal, the customer service is the best I’ve ever had. My first order came with a free lipstick (awesome), but the wrong 6 pan eyeshadow was sent. No big deal, I wrote to them to ask for the correct palette and offered to send back the wrong one. I received a response about 15 minutes after I sent the message.
