As a long time patient of Dr. Prado, it pains me to write this report. The doctors here are friendly and have good skills, but their customer service is very sad. It is hard to reach anyone by phone, and the majority of the time you have to leave a voice mail. You are beyond lucky to have your call returned. I have left over a dozen message about an infected eye that is swollen shut and needs treatment and never heard back. I am moving along to another provider who values their patients. Good luck with these folks.
waited over a month with pus threaded eyes and when I shown up for the appointment the some little girl behind the counter refused my drivers' license because it is expired and cancell my appointment. I been to Tower MRI, labcorp bloodwork, appointment with rheumblist, and renew my car insurance this month,Oct'20. no one said anything about the status of drivers license. therefore I think it is an office policy, not mandated by the state. thank for wasting my valuable time. I'll seek another doctor

very friendly staff. called for an appointment on Tuesday and had my appointment on Thursday.
I had cataracts removed from both eyes by Dr. Acosta. What a vision difference, it was painless and there were no surprises. Dr. Acosta explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. Prada’s staff was equally friendly and experienced. Thank you for my new vision!
