Social worker, Rachael, I spoke on phone with several times, said she'd make call to help get me in treatment for substance abuse & major depression but right before going in, she never returned calls. Needs lessons in humility, has the Godlike therapist attitude. Also seemed short, angry many times we spoke, like she's burned out or "can't be bothered".Hurts to be left hanging when you trust someone. Not good, disrespectful.
Great park BUT... LITTER!!! Some areas around where the fishers hang out are terribly littered...and that is unsightly and disgusting. One area, over between the campgrounds and the path around the lake, on the shore it looks like a dump. Beer cans, paper cups, bags, paper, and an assortment of trash. It looks awful. Seems like if the just took all that time and effort to drain and refill the lake, perhaps they could be a little more strict on litter enforcement. Other than that, I love this place.
