This is not a family-friendly facility. Loud parties and obscenities yelled from the balconies are permitted all night long. Police often are required to frequent this building on weekends as management will take no action to protect residents and their right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises. As a result, damage to property will likely continue and value of property will likely decrease. Unless you are fraternity-oriented, find a habitable option.
I called asking for information, the woman on the phone did not want to talk to me so she hung up on me every time I called. I recommend calling a different number other than this one. They are very rude and unwilling to help. Why do they even have a phone number if they won't talk to anyone?
