Raymond and Robert are two of the most engaged and helpful maintenance team members at the Pradera properties. Each time I’ve raised a concern, Raymond has heard my concerns, made steps to fix the issues discussed, and circled back to see how I felt about the results. In addition, these guys always bring levity and positivity to all issues they handle. The community pool looks fantastic, guys!!!!
Maintenance is solid and fast here. Raymond is top tier at the work he does
Just moved into my home and community service by the maintenance specialist Raymond was excellent. I put in a request for a few issues and with 20 minutes he was here to fix and did the repairs very fast. 15 mins tops after going to get the required tools or items.
I would love to give a shout out to the Main Maintenance Man Raymond his is so awesome whenever I put in a work order or If I have any questions or concern he is right there to answer any maintenance question that me and my family may have.
The experience I’ve had with Raymond Martinez has been great! He’s very prompt about getting repairs done around my home, knowledgeable about questions I have, and very pleasant when he comes in. He gets issues fixed for us right away which makes it easy for me to not have to worry about things being broken for too long.
