Sketchy neighborhood, I lived here for over a year and never really felt safe. The yards are not well taken care of and overall wouldn’t recommend living here. Move out is also a mess. I was charged to replace carpets as a “standard replacement” there was no damage done to the carpets/ i didn’t have pets but somehow it became my responsibility to pay for new carpets even though the tenant before me had pets and carpets were not replaced. There is better safer options in the area.

The maintenance service was fast, and all issues were resolved at the same time. Raymond was excellent and provided updates as i wasn’t home before during and after the service. Definitely efficient.

Learn to display the Texas flag properly! Update: Flag was fixed. Management made contact almost immediately. Props to their quick response and corrected measure.

We lived here for about 3 years. It was insane the amount of fees I had to pay per month. The collective water bill, yard service, etc. The front desk does not answer the phone. The office manager jennesy is rude, and talks down to residents. She also sends out aggressive emails. I do not recommend this place. It was moldy, falling apart, and we would see giant roaches in our garage and just crawling around all over the neighborhood.
