Unfortunately Pradella organisation is not fulfilling their civic duty in effectively managing the properties that they own. The building in Macgregor Terrace Bardon that used to be the anytime fitness building is now desolate and occupied by a number of people who are causing damage with graffiti and harassing the neighbours. Pradella have a vacant property next to us that has been undeveloped for several years. They are categorically the WORST neighbours I've ever had. They refuse to secure or maintain the property which means we have to call the police every week about groups breaking in and throwing rubbish and abuse over the fence. The grounds have weeds metres high full of noxious weeds spreading to neighbours. They have broken drainwater pipes that they refuse to fix. This is an unethical company. Do not deal with them.

I live next door to an abandoned Pradella-owned commercial property in Paddington. Every night a group of intruders gathers on a balcony of the Pradella building, meters from the rear of my property. They scream obscenities, throw things against my teenage daughter’s bathroom window while she is using the bathroom, shine torches into our living space. We looked at numerous developments but kept coming back to the Lanes as it ticked all our boxes. Large floorplans, lots of little extras included and the rooftop facilities really appealed to us . Our friends are already lining up for invites. Our agent helped us through the entire process and we felt very comfortable with Pradella’s reputation and track record. We’re really happy with our apartment selection and can’t wait to move in next year.
