I reached out to Allergy Partners for help managing severe chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps. My ENT had already confirmed my diagnosis, and I only needed an allergist willing to prescribe and submit the prior authorization for Dupixent , a medication designed for my condition. Unfortunately, I was told they “don’t want to do the paperwork anymore,” which is shocking for a specialty practice that regularly treats these issues. We saw the NP for my 1 year old son and she was absolutely fantastic. Her bedside manner is phenomenal, and you can tell she has children of her own because she was patient and kind with him. She didn’t rush and made me feel supported on being overwhelmed with results. She showed me how to use the avi q and i left feeling confident I could handle the diagnoses in the future.
Writing a review for a friend. She had broken out with a rash on her arms, spread on other areas of her body. After a trip to Urgent Care, daily cortisone cream and lots of pushing by me to make an appointment, she did. Horribly rude. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had in healthcare. I had been having contact dermatitis for months and wanted to do some allergy tests to narrow down the cause, maybe see if it could have been caused by something in my soap or something. He told me there was nothing he could do to help me and then on his way out, I kid you not, said “and maybe lose some weight too”. This was so unnecessary and unprofessional.
