Agree with the reviewer who complains about the office staff they are a mess and not very nice. Also Dr Lothe lacks compassion and is not supportive whatsoever. I get the impression that he is just riding it out until retirement. He is not helpful if you need to pursue chronic medical issues. Seems like he doesn’t want to be bothered. Either that or he doesnt have the knowledge or skillset to do his job. This is the worst office ever the office staff (3) that handles paperwork are very ignorant and rude... I am not sure who trains them but they don't answer the phone properly if they answer and when they do they have a real bad attitude for nothing.. you truly have to pray before you talk to them because you never know what you're going to get.
