PSA The Prada store was completely gone when I went to the mall today be warned! It’s completely closed prada taken off the walls outside & everything not sure why but it’s sad!
I would have given it "0" stars if possible. The customer service was poor, as they returned the wrong amount without acknowledging the mistake. If I hadn't noticed, they might have given even less money upon checking the receipt. The lack of attention to detail and poor handling made my pregnant wife and me wait, and there was no apology offered.
Not sure why people have such bad reviews of a Prada OUTLET store. I must admit, my experience with outlet shopping is not immense. But my very pregnant wife and I got what we came for (it may or may not have been “last season”). Service is good. No complaints. Anyways, LOL at the guy who gave this store 1 star because he wore his shoes in the rain and they changed color. What a clown haha
Very freindly staff and they explained everything clearly.
