I drove a hour and twenty minutes to not be seen. After waiting almost two weeks to even get an appointment. Granted I was twenty minutes late. Not my fault traffic on the interstate was crazy. My first arrival time was 12:34pm then it was 12:41pm then it was 12:45pm, I arrived at 12:50pm. Most doctor offices give you a 15-20 minute grace period. Very upset and disappointed.
Very friendly and professional! Got there a little before appointment and was in and out.
If you are a VET, please ask to see another provider if the VA sends you here for CP exam. Whatever the owner posts as a follow up will validate this review. Army Strong.
It's a shame how this woman treats veterans. Reading her reviews makes me saddened by her actions. This is typically who the VA hires to mistreat veterans.
Her attitude and demeanor were horrible. I've never had experienced that type of care ever. Actually let me leave and had her staff call to ask me to come back because she forgot to complete the exam. If you tell someone you can't do something physically stop trying to force them. Not to mention that I had to wait over thirty minutes to be seen. Only positive is that the staff was pleasant.
