Love this office. Dr. Littles makes you feel very comfortable.
WOW! I look forward to coming to the office just because everyone, regardless of their position, is so friendly, kind, personal, yet professional. And I consider myself the “here comes trouble” patient, only because I have small rolling veins. And my goodness, they’re just as stubborn as they want to be at times. But they still try to draw the blood, but no more than three times. After that, I'm sent to the lab. While they're waiting for the blood to be released, they're being apologetic and very gentle. Very helpful and polite
Normally I don’t leave a review unless necessary! Let me start by saying Dr.littles is great! However her staff may need adjustments! I called and made an appointment Monday and my appt was set for Wednesday at 1:45 i walk in Wednesday at 1:24 and was told WHEN I WALKED IN FOR THE APPOINTMENT that they do not accept my form of insurance. Which baffles me because when I called and gave you my insurance information why would you not say that then and waste my day! This office handled my C&P exam. Everyone treated me kind, respectful, and very professional. My examination was very thorough, not rushed and all details along with my concerns were addressed. If you have seen any bad reviews for this practice, please consider that every veterans situation is different. I can personally say that I was treated fairly during my examination.
