Customer service is always helpful. Andrew is very friendly and helpful.
This is by far the worst dental supply company I have ever dealt with. It seems like they pretend to care about the customers when they care about their bottom line. Andrew with the customer service department was of no help whatsoever. I was then transferred to Joan who is the manager. She was also no help and was very rude to me. They keep trying to push their awful membership and are very aggressive with it. Calling me randomly to solicit me into buying it.
