This company is horrible! We cancelled shortly after signing up for a "risk-free trial" (they outright lied about what their service is capable of) and are still waiting for a refund almost a month later. We have spoken to three people at PracticeMojo about this problem. Do not do business with them. We have warned other dentists on Dental Town.

Dental offices beware. Our software did not sync for several days and incorrect information was being sent out to patients. When our team tried to call for support they waited on hold for a long time before being dumped into a voicemail box where we could leave our information and get a call back. After about 8 hours, we finally got a call from a tech who was able to fix the issue but could not tell us why this has happened twice in the last 30 days. The team at Practice Mojo is a group of intelligent, caring individuals who want to help dental practices succeed. Their reminder service is as good, if not better, than some of the other reminder services on the market, but it costs quite a bit less! We've been using their services for a few years now and have always been very happy with it.
I can not thank Practice Mojo enough for the above and beyond way act with us, their clients!! Give them an idea, they'll create it. Ask them for help, they'll give it to you. Need some advice, they'll share it! Customer service is my specialty here in our office and I think their team of reps are people to model after. You can NOT go wrong using this company for all your patient communication tools!! Seriously makes all of our jobs here so much easier!!
PracticeMojo has boosted our ability to communicate with our fantastic tech savvy patients. I now have more time to talk with patients when they come into the office.
