The lady at reception was really lovely + cannot fault her but the nurse that saw me was really rude + made me feel uncomfortable. She googled what i said was wrong + made me feel really stupid. When she called my name she stormed into the room she was in + i had to basically run behind her to make sure i got the right room, as i entered the room + not even sat down she went ‘what’s wrong’. All round the experience was awful + i feel like the whole experience wasn’t helpful + i was made to feel like i was a hindrance.
Fast and friendly had some stitches removed
Rang up first to make sure they accept the reason we were going, lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Got there and was triaged in 10 mins, seen within the next 5. Given medication and gone within 30 mins. All very friendly and a very good service.
Awful receptionist and nurse so very rude and unkind to me and my son who they refused to look at when he was vomiting over the floor and showing symptoms of croup even though it was over an hour away from closing and and barely anyone waiting to be seen. Terrible,Horrible, Unprofessional staff.... This happens to me in the URGENT TREATMENT CENTRE OF PRACTICE PLUS GROUP: A couple of years ago "BARR, JASON" sent me home with a broken foot without an Xray or any treatment. Now 'SIMON JONES" sent me home with fluid in my left leg without even looking or touching my leg. I am very sick now because of them and this hospital. Be careful please THIS URGENT TREATMENT CENTRE IS VERY DANGEROUS!!!! I tried to make a complaint because obviously I am very upset that this happens TWICE! So... read more
