Confirmed appointment but never happened therefore asked for this to be looked into and was promised a call/email but not heard back despite chasing have had no choice but to go elsewhere, very disappointing, and wasted so much time. Terrible service.
I had a procedure in October. I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful care I received on the day. Being slightly apprehensive when I arrived I was made to feel at ease by Gemma Collier who was my nurse for the time I was there. She was very thorough and put my mind at rest going through what was going to happen. Gemma was so caring, kind and professional. All the staff are amazing.
I visited the surgical centre today for a gastroscopy. From the moment I checked in at reception, I received the utmost care. The nurses and surgical team took the time to explain everything clearly, and the consultant met with me before the procedure. From start to finish, the entire process took about an hour, after which I was given a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations. Thank you.
Had my surgery on Monday pain free and very reassuring can't believe how much more I now can see thank you for your help
