I have been in for cataract surgery on my right eye and was all good. Today I went back for my left eye and all nurses were very good. Was prepared for surgery and the consultant came and said he wants to talk to me. He wasn't very nice, intimidating and looking down on me.I left very upset. All nurses came to apologise on his behalf. I didn't go there without proper appointment, and I went through all the checks they needed to do. It's n.ot my fault if they missed it. I came to this centre and was worried because I read some of the reviews but what a surprise, from the moment I came in to the moment I left I felt really happy with the service, the staff were incredible, a lovely lady called Otis was super friendly and Dr Mohammed and his staff were really lovely and put my nerves at ease straight away. The place is super clean and I really have no complaints whatsoever.
Wonderful. Nice airy building. The staff are wonderful and made me feel very relaxed from start to finish. Would recommend it to anyone.
Referred by optician for cataract- seen by consultant operated on -all within 2 weeks . Excellent service - first class staff and aftercare is exemplary. Cannot recommend highly enough!
