They never answer the phone! Called and was put in an automated queue, after 20 mins it was my turn and I then waited half an hour with nobody answering the phone while it rang continually. I went through this process twice and never had an answer. Gave up in the end, they certainly don't get my recommendation!
What a lovely place the staff are warm and welcoming and very professional. If you have the chance to use this surgery the I would highly recommend it, it is the perfect mix of efficiency and reassurance. As an added bonus recovery tea, coffee and biscuits are plentiful and delightful.
