I want to say a huge thank you to the staff for looking after my dad after he took ill waiting for my mum's appointment. They went above and beyond to get in touch with me and keep him as comfortable as they can whilst I came to collect them. The handover was informative and caring. My mum, who is terrified of dentists, was looked after and she has only spoke positives about all the staff. Thank you, once again.
I came in for a gastrocopy - I was greeted by friendly reception staff. Then Debbie took me through for forms and questions etc. Debbie is lovely and put me at ease, a very friendly, charming and kind soul. I was anxious for my procedure but Debbie made me feel less nervous. The other nurses during the actual procedure were very nice and professional.
