I had to call to see if it would be best to cancel my assessment appointment , as I was off work sick and my appointment was two days away. I was concerned to go if I may be infectious. The receptionist informed me to call on the day in morning ( my appointment was 8:30 am)as if I cancelled again I would be returned to GP. As they have two cancellations policy. I was referred here by my GP because she thought this was an efficient place for my urgent surgery. I have biliary duct stones and stones in my gallbladder. The doctor told me she would send me here because they could likely perform the procedure more quickly. I received my pre-surgical appointment at Practice Plus Group, and the doctor was very professional. He explained what needed to be done. Waste of time send a letter for treatmeant only to get there its a assessment only not sure why as they where sent all the docoments then book appoinment then 5 minutes later another phone to say they messed up yet again (booked appointment when they are closex) it seems they see the nhs as a cash cow it not the first time the booking office donot kbow how to do there job
