I came to the RSH practice plus yesterday (Monday 14th) and I would honestly like to say a big thank you to every single member of staff. From start to finish you were all amazing. So kind and caring, considerate about it being my first time having surgery (wisdom teeth) and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Sadly I wasn't impressed by the attitude of the Anaesthetic team. I am a nurse with 40yrs experience & am well aware of testosterone driven mentalities BUT I don't expect a dismissive, curt, rude, abrupt, arrogant, robotic attitude at an appointment. I've put up with it in my work life but not the other side of the fence, perhaps that's the issue! It smacked of burnout, disinterested and damn right rude. Not what i expect from NHS/private care. I'm now transferring and funding myself elsewhere!

Wow — I honestly can’t praise the staff and this hospital highly enough. Today was my first-ever surgery and my first experience under general anaesthetic, and I was truly scared. But from the moment I was greeted in the waiting room to the care I received from the nurses, HCAs, anaesthetist, and surgeon, every single member of the team was outstanding.
