I was attended to within 15 mins. Staffs were warmly. The Dr was very attentive.
I genuinely cannot fault this emergency walk-in practice. I've used their services several times for my children, and it’s been an absolute lifeline. Being able to access a doctor out of hours on the weekend is incredibly reassuring. We've always been seen remarkably quickly, and while some waiting is expected—as with any NHS service—it never bothers me when I know my child is in safe hands. Re: Birth Control Implant - Booked an appointment a week in advance, only to show up today to wait 30 mins past scheduled time only to be told they couldn't do the procedure as they didn't have the equipment and medication available. Instead was sent to the Boots pharmacy to pick it up while being told "you have to move quickly" only to be met with the pharmacy being out of stock.
