Called my cellphone, 6 months after my mother passed away which was only listed as an emergency contact! How did they get it? What about HIPPA and patient privacy? Refused to say what doctors office they represent. My mothers GOOD doctors knew her and all had received copies of her death certificate. Any doctor using this office for billing should be extremely cautious and embarrassed. They do not present themselves as a reputable company. quit calling! i do not have any outstanding bills with a dr and i have exceptional insurance. not only do you call but someone is breathing heavy on the line and doesnt say anything!!!!!!!! get a life!
