Horrible service. Reserved a car for the next day, confirmed it and the hour (spoke with a representative, multiple times). When I arrived to the office (at the reservation time) there was no one there. I called, they said they will be there in 20 minutes. Waited for half an hour, then called again, no answer. I was almost late for my meeting , so I decided to walk to Discount at Dundas West (20 minutes walk). Luckily they had an available car (and I took a 1 hour gap to make sure I'll be there on time, in the end I arrived ... read more
