Sharon is a consummate healer and wise woman. Her approach to yoga is slow, well explained, comprehensive, and accommodating. Now she is offering Akashic record readings, and in my experiences with this, there was an immediate strong and supportive presence, along with inspiring and useful information that helped me connect more deeply with myself in the most meaningful way. What I got from one personal reading with Sharon has stayed with me for several weeks and I touch back into it often. Highly recommend!

Sharon's yoga retreat was amazing from start to finish! Actually even before the start, as she provides pre-retreat meetings to connect with other attendees and share detailed info that makes you feel so comfortable and excited for upcoming adventure! We were so cared for and nurtured with everything taken care of! The resort is beautiful and the staff there some of the best I've seen in all my travels! A slice of paradise for body, mind and spirit. That is what the Yoga retreat with Sharon was for me. Yoga twice daily, great meals, sweet and helpful resort staff, walks along the beach and my favorite - indulging myself in the hammock while watching the surf! I'm so glad I treated myself and I will be back next year!
