I'm so glad that I joined Practical Progression. I'm getting stronger and starting to see muscles for the first time in years and love that I only go once a week because that is how the program works! I highly recommend this program.
I joined Practical Progression in November 2022 after seeing the progress that several of my coworkers were making on the program. I was nervous to work with a trainer and skeptical that it could really be just once per week. Once I began to work with Trainer Kaylee and follow the program I began to notice changes in my weight and body. Slowly and consistently the weight came off and my levels on the program increased. After 6 back surgeries, I lost the ability to exercise in the traditional way. I started Practical Progression at the beginning of June and for the first time in 3 years I feel I can get my body back. Andrew is very supportive and has a thorough understanding of how the body works.
