Where do I start. We visited so many display homes and found best value for money with Practical Homes. Our sales person Michael was a delight to deal with. Dealt with Emilio Raco 10 years ago and found him to be dishonest in dealing with clients. Agreed to a land and build house and 2 br granny flat in Spring Farm as advertised and when plans were drawn, the house was different and smaller by 29sqm. When questioned, he said he could not fit the 2 br granny flat on the block, hence offered a smaller house. No compensation whatsoever. Reported to Fair Trading who were no help. As a consequence, he cancelled the agreement and refunded my deposit.
