Susan made a $9866 error on my tax return. She wrote an amended tax return however the IRS said I now owe $10296 because of late penalties. After several calls to the IRS I set an appointment with Susan discuss how we can correct this problem. To my amazement her response was "There is nothing I can do, good luck with your situation." Is this the person you want doing your taxes?
