Maybe good maybe not will I never know.....tried 3 different times with 3 different cars to get work done here and every time it's an excuse or something. I'm glad he's good for y'all and I'm not saying he's not....but....... After getting 3 quotes on my vehicle problem (valve covered gaskets), I decided to take it to Practical Auto Care. I don't know why I didn't take it there first, I live in the neighborhood, but I wasn't in the area at the time and the quotes I got were because family/friends recommended those places. Anyway, out of all 3 quotes, I thought PAC was by far the best quote. Great service, fast and reliable Highly recommended
My vehicle was driving rough and making noise. I brought it here. They diagnosed it and gave me a quote and timeline to repair. I thought the price and time was reasonable and agreed. They had the vehicle ready on the agreed upon date and time and I was charged the agreed upon price. My vehicle runs fine now. Smooth and clear transaction and communication.
Took my car here two weeks ago to get my brakes changed, and I seriously regret it. When I got my car back, every warning light you can think of was on. Instead of taking responsibility, the guy at the front had the nerve to ask me, “Are you sure those lights weren’t on when you brought it in?” Like, really? I came in for a brake job, not a dashboard Christmas light show. To make matters worse, after paying for the brake job, my power steering went out on me.
