Dr Nene is a wonderful GI provider. She's very thorough and listens to your concerns and supports your decisions on your care, as well as giving you options with explanations on everything. I am very happy my primary care physician recommended her.
Dr. Nene told me (in writing on the Sutter portal) that my visit would be covered by my insurance. Trusting her words, I showed up at the appointment but found that the insurance authorization was not made. It is fundamental for medical offices to obtain insurance authorization days before the patient's visit.
