It has been over 4 months and the office still cannot call in a Rx for the correct lancets. This is a small detail that has created a large problem.
Dr. Tandon schedules you for your appointment but is never on time. My first time appointment I had to have someone drive me as I have vision issues, I was never told that your appointment is NEVER on time, and I was kept waiting for 4 hours. I felt really bad for my driver. I Never have the scripts done correctly to actually follow what Dr.Tandon tells me to do. I call and ask to have them updated and corrected to no avail. My pharmacy has called the Dr. Office to get the scripts updated for me and again it did not get done... read more
Dr. Tandon is my first ever endocrinologist. I have seen him twice now, and have been favorably impressed by his knowledge, intelligence and professionalism. He nailed my diagnosis immediately (reactive hypoglycemia which can be incredibly frightening). He was open and very straightforward at my initial meeting.
