If you are scheduled an appointment for a certain time, don’t keep the patient waiting for almost an hour to see them. I think this is rude.
I didn't see Dr Pandey - this was my first visit to the office. I saw a PA so I can't rate Dr.Pandey
Rude short unexplanatoryIgnores concerns and forget talking to him! Staff is sweet but if you call expect to be on hold for 40 min or more and get the voice mail which msg is ignored. Follow upis very poor. He expected me to do a test that's impossible. Had he spoke to me I could've explained that! Not to mention he couldn't see I would not be capable of that test? That's how much attention he gives and pays! I cannot see him again. I'm so full of anxiety and now have a horrible inf due to his neglect
I came to see this Doctor for recurring UTI’s they ran multiple test on me and the last procedure to be done was a cystoscopy. Which I was really nervous about! The doctor came in, made me feel very comfortable. He listened to my concerns, and shared with me lots of knowledge and information. The procedure was a breeze, and very fast, from a 1 to 10 the pain was a 2! So please don’t be afraid. The Doctor was awesome I would highly recommend him to others!

I was at my appointment at 1:00 for my 1:15 procedure! I sat in the waiting area until 1:55 before I finally got taken back to room! I then prepared for my procedure and waited another 20 more minutes for the doctor and a five minute procedure! To be fair most of my wait was the girl at the check in office window! I’ve suffered w/kidney stones for sometime now but never knew what was causing them. This time they were removed and I’ll have answers as to what is causing them! Dr Pandey and the Staff at SJ Westgate Medical Center were very attentive and explained very throughly.
I have been to the office 3 times. I have yet to meet Dr. Pandey. I have met residents, nurse practioners, nurses, and other staff members. The rest of the team is great. I can't say anything about Dr. Pandey.
I've never seen a doctor so rude, condescending and just ignorant. Did absolutely nothing to help resolve my issue. On top of that was an hour late and really acted like I was just a burden. Awful.
