Really great people working here! I came in when my engine was derated due to an after-treatment system issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me back on the road in just an hour and a half. The price for the part was exactly the same as in the Lower Mainland. Fast, honest, and efficient service — highly recommended!
Amazing service. Everyone I talked to was super helpful. We had a CVI done on one of our trucks and it was thorough and completed in a timely manner. Juliette was especially helpful in clarifying some rules and regulations regarding CVI's. If you're near Duncan would definitely recommend Velocity!
