I tried to book my wifes Macan GTS into the local Porsche dealer and it was a 3 month wait. I booked it in to see Lewis and his team instead. They can service even if the car is under warranty. The service was cheaper, the car was spotless, all parts used are original, my warranty wasnt effected. in addition, Lewis picked up an issue that had existed for a long time that pronably should have been found on a prior service. Many thanks to them. I will be back.
Excellent diagnosis of issues and repair from Lewis and the team. Car also comes back amazingly clean every time and I appreciate the extra touch of care.
Had a PPI done here and while overall it was pretty good, but when I picked up the car there was an issue with the passenger-side climate control buttons. Once Lewis caught attention of this, he was very quick to reach out and discuss how we can move forward with addressing the issue. He came in at 6am the next day to take the car in and had the car ready for pickup very quickly with the issue resolved. Lewis was eager to solve the problem and was a pleasure to work with.
