I have been training with PR strength for 8 years now going on 9. I learned so much about my body through out the years but also learned so much as a man through pat. PR provides a great comfortable setting for me to workout at. I honestly believe it’s the best place to train. Rather you play sports or just wanna change your body. PR is where it’s at!! Great coaches and mentors!
