P&R Property Solutions installed 3 helical piles on my property and I am very satisfied with the work done. From start to finish there was constant communication regarding scheduling, inspections, permits, and installation. The employees who did the installation were professional and made sure to thoroughly reseed and straw my yard in areas impacted.
I appreciated the work they did on my house. I thought it was one problem and they figured out it was something else. They were able to work with me on certain tasks I could do on my own and what I couldn't. This helped lower the overall cost of the project.
Trust the ratings. P&R installed 6 helical piers and about 51' of carbon fiber in/out of our home. They did such a good job, I thought they white-gloved our place. They bought the best mulch and rocks to treat the disturbed areas of their work and seeded and strawed it to where grass grew thick and quick. Everyone at P&R did a great job.
