I needed helical piers at my residence to stabilize a brick wall on which a portion of my elevated deck was sitting on. The wall was moving away from my house and it was impacting the deck structure. As part of this contract, P&R had to remove old concrete steps that ran along the wall, install 4 helical piers and then rebuild the steps. P&R Property Solutions installed 3 helical piles on my property and I am very satisfied with the work done. From start to finish there was constant communication regarding scheduling, inspections, permits, and installation. The employees who did the installation were professional and made sure to thoroughly reseed and straw my yard in areas impacted.

I appreciated the work they did on my house. I thought it was one problem and they figured out it was something else. They were able to work with me on certain tasks I could do on my own and what I couldn't. This helped lower the overall cost of the project.
