Dayna is incredible!!! I went in not having a lot of endurance experience, however I have some goals and she helped me understand so much about my lactate threshold, my sweat loss and sodium loss. She provided me with so much information and she is full of so much knowledge. She loves what she does and geeks out on statistics. She is super personable and you will leave feeling like you know your body so much better, that you have a new best friend and cheerleader! Simply the BEST!!!
Dayna, with PR Performance Lab, is awesome to work with. She is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable in helping athletes improve their performance. She works with all levels and skills of athletes, from beginner to elite. The sweat testing was very helpful. I learned that I was underfueling and needed to triple my electrolytes. I booked a running analysis for my daughter, and it was money well spent!! She’s run one season of Cross Country and one season of track and I knew she needed help with form. Dayna was fun to work with and so knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher in explaining the ins and out and whys of how to improve running form. I would absolutely recommend a session to anyone wanting to clean up their running form or wanting to get started with good technique.
Dayna is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a lot of insight from my testing and can move forward with my training having a better understanding of my personal heart rate and personal hydration needs. Can’t wait to test again and see progress!
I have worked with Dayna a few times and have loved it! She’s helped me to dial in my training zones through her LT testing. It’s been fun to see my paces grow over the few years under working with her. She’s very thorough, and makes the experience comfortable! Would highly recommend working with her!
