Total waste of time. had a Wurlitzer amp repaired. had similar amps repaired by others in the past which sounded great. thought I would use PR as he is local and didnt have to ship. no customer service, had to drop it off and pick it up while never meeting the guy, the amp sounded TERRIBLE after I got it back, would never use PR novelty again.
