Phil was amazing! Not only did he fit us into his schedule on a tight timeline, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were well informed about the services we were to receive. During our spring HVAC maintenance, I had a discussion with Phil to find a better HVAC unit. Our Rheem unit did not heat very well last winter. Phil recommended a two-stage unit, similar to the one he has at his home, that uses electricity for heat until it gets to freezing, then switches to propane. The new unit is so much quieter than the old unit. I believe everything Phil says - he is so knowledgeable and understanding. My wife and I look forward to being warmer next winter!
Phil is not only incredibly knowledgeable, he has been so kind and compassionate! We had an issue with our heating and air unit. Phil worked us into his schedule and arrived promptly.
