When I had PR Masonry rebuild my chimney, the work was terrible. They didn't do the step flashing around the chimney as they said. They left weep holes at the top of the chimney. They pulled up shingles and didn't fill the nail holes. All of this resulted in leaks and water damage to my house costing more than $10,000 in repairs.
