I had a custom piece made for my car to replace a missing window, and not only was it unbelievably affordable, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.
We were camping & our RV large door window smashed. I called for replacement plexiglass & within the hour Vicki had it cut perfectly & charged such a reasonable amount. Thanks so much for helping us so quickly & professionally.
Terrible experience with this company. I called in November for a window replacement for a broken window in my bedroom. They did an estimate and said that due to parts shortage it would be delayed till late January/early February. This was fine, a bit long of a wait but understandable. February rolled around, then March. No call, no word from them at all. When we called them - oh it will actually be mid July now. Excuse me? At the very least, with an additional 5 month delay, you need to call and let that customer know!? So ... read more
