I was traveling through Lincoln city during a trip to Alaska and had a fan in my truck that ran excessively. Everywhere in town was unable to help, but Phil was able to take a look at it(despite how busy they were) and found the problem, a simple battery reset, without trying to sell me unnecessary parts or labor fees. Highly satisfied with their service!

The young guy is awesome kid greatest mechanic but the other mechanic that works there taller Hispanic guy .completely ignored 3 of my freinds at the desk .so they turned around walked out kid told me he seen leak in my van why working on others stuff and he said might be loose just need to tighten up or need replaced .Great kid he needs own mechanic shop then owner I went in and pra tically called me a liar and added. If you’re knowledgeable about what has to be done with your automobile engine, do not go to these guys they charge as much as a dealer fact positive and a dealer gives you a warranty. They cover the parts high-quality parts. You’re not gonna find that here overcharged did not listen to what I was asking them to do in the first place they did not do it had to take the car back have it redone and they charged me over $400 which might’ve been a rip off which is a rip off that’s at least $175 more than I could’ve gotten it done ... read more
