I’ve taken my BMW 316i (N13) to P & R BMW Specialists several times, and their service has always been outstanding. The team is professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. Charlie and Rob were particularly helpful, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I was completely satisfied. Excellent workmanship and quick turnaround highly recommended.

Been to P&R on two seperate occasions for my JCW MINI COOPER. Both times the staff have provided an excellent service both on my car and with myself. They are experts in their field and are happy to help with all queries. They go above and beyond to keep the customer informed about their vehicle health and best ways to maintain it. They truly deliver excellent customer service and are always happy to give their expert advice, even if you're doing the work yourself. Couldnt recommend P&R enough.

Charli and AJ, stella services from beginning to end. Charli with his knowledge, and genuine service to help resolve my issue with my X6 was A+, I usually use Berry BMW, but P&R have just outshined them on every level, and they have my custom. Highly recommend for BMW drivers.

Just had the Mini serviced, MOT'd and the seized track rods replaced; all the work completed quickly, efficiently and, as always, with the most courteous service and helpful advice. 5* team and trusted garage: I've been using P&R for over a year now, and quite honestly, I would not take the Mini anywhere else.
