Steph and her team are AMAZING. They’ve helped me so much over the past 9 months in their weight loss program- not just concerned about my weight loss, but also my overall health and wellbeing. They’re so great and always very responsive, and the program has been life changing!! I’ve never felt better thanks to them. I couldn’t recommend PR Aesthetics more.
I look forward to my high quality Pilates Reformer class every week at Pilates Revolution and Fitness. Kevin is the best! He is outstanding at clearly explaining the expected movement on the reformer including what muscle groups should be working and where we should be feeling it. He gets to know his students and is able to help us make dynamic adjustments to get the most out of every movement. Steph is truly the best! Not only does she have my perimenopause symptoms under control, but she is amazing with my injections. I was in a bad accident and she treats my face from looking like I had a stroke and I am eating my bottom lip. Steph and her office staff are truly the best. If you have experienced even one hot flash, started feeling off, and might be going through the change of life as a woman Steph is your Gal. I have never felt better.
