Had my semi annual cleaning today. Sabrina did an excellent job, very professional, efficient and friendly. A bit frustrating that i was more than 15 minutes late “getting into the chair”. After my cleaning I waited more than 20 minutes for Dr. Rogers to come check my mouth. He looked and asked if i had any problems…was in the room less than 2 minutes. I appreciate he is a busy guy but I think a brief apology for the wait would have been nice. But…i have booked my next cleaning for July.
Dr. Mike and his team are kind, warm and welcoming, and have made our family feel very well cared for. They are incredibly gentle and patient with our children and have eased any anxiousness our kids had about visiting the dentist. We highly recommend for kids and adults alike!
I have visited PQB Dental on a few occasions now, working with Dr. Mike and Dr. Brash and find them and their entire team extremely professional, efficient and kind. It is rare to find such a comforting experience in a medical setting, especially a dentist’s practice, but here it is. I highly recommend them for their expertise, excellent communication and gentle touch.
Dr. Rogers and his team always do a great job. Dr. Rogers has given me good advice over the years.
