From the first call, I felt like I was being heard and that my problem was being taken very seriously. He squeezed me into the schedule same day, for a repair he doesn't typically do, so we could start using our kitchen again. He was very efficient, knowledgable, and kind. Even gave me advice/guidance on some other home repairs we want to tackle in the future. After it was all said and done, the cost came out far less than I anticipated and was very affordable.
