Wish I could give 0 stars. Repeatedly keep putting my daughter’s bus stop right next to a homeless shelter, we see drug use, naked people and vehicles literally on fire all the time. I call and request to get it moved closer to my home as no other students at this stop and am denied multiple times with extremely rude customer service. I’ve reached out to management multiple times a day for a month with no response or call back, morning phone operators extremely unpleasant every single day, bus routinely 45 minutes late.
