Absolutely superb service provided by Craig. Bathroom toilet new flush and overflow fitted. No mess and Craig's attention to detail is faultless. Many many thanks to him and not forgetting Leah at the office for arranging everything perfectly and so quickly. Having used them 3 times now I wouldnt use anyone else and would strongly recommend them to anyone. Once again excellent service from start to finish.
Without question, the best plumber in town - or (possibly) anywhere. Craig was so helpful before he had even turned up, and then he went beyond the call of duty, fixing and improving things. Couldn't be happier. No hesitation in recommending PPS.
Just had a complete shower replacement by this firm. Quoted within days, accepted and finished within 2 weeks of quote, also extra piping required, plus a niggle on the water pipes solved and fixed, gone above and beyond. Cleanest tradesmen, left clean and tidy every day. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

We have now used PPS on three occasions. Each time Craig has attended promptly to either assess the problem or after a written quote has been supplied to carry out the work required. All work has been carried out within a couple of days of our initial call and has been completed effectively and efficiently and the work area tidied on completion. We would have no hesitation in using PPS in the future.
