Clean office space, welcoming staff at the main entrance is commendable.
Terrible attitude and pathetic service. I lodged a complaint about the lack of professionalism of one of the managers, Lihle Nene. She then proceeded to send me a rude email in which she said that the matter is considered resolved on her side. Apparently when PPS asks for more information to help them with a case, they don't even care about that information because they've already decided that they're going to reject your claim since it's "already been resolved" months ago.
