Almost a year of being completely ignored by PPS over a death benefit. Not delayed communication. Not poor service. Ignored. Emails unanswered. Repeated attempts to get answers met with silence. I’m an adult. I can fight my own battles. But imagine this were your young child, waiting for money they were entitled to after losing a parent.
