The first time I spoke to Preston he asked what my goals were. Since then we’ve been developing my strength through dynamic full-body work outs. I’ve seen results in the mirror but more importantly in my body strength and mental fortitude. As someone who didn’t grow up athletic, it’s really valuable to have someone not just teaching me movements but correcting my form so I don’t injure myself or waste effort. The pandemic markedly decreased my 15 year old son's physical activity and energy. My son and I decided that he should go to Ppphysique Studio. We cannot be happier with the quick results.
