​I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews! This has been one of the best companies I’ve worked with for property maintenance. While the crew members may not speak fluent English, they are extremely hardworking, attentive, and helpful. ​I was in constant communication with Donna, who was incredibly helpful with everything I needed. Also, Luis, the representative who came out to the site, was very kind and professional. I highly recommend them!

Horrible communication. Extremely late. Broke items. Did not close off their workspace so my entire upstairs is covered in work dust.

This company came to my home to do gutter cleaning, sprinkler repair, wooden porch repair, caulking plumbing fixtures, and to install a window. The communication was poor on scheduling. The repairs of the window, porch, and caulking had to be re-done. The porch was crooked and post was placed back in wrong location. The caulking was so poorly done it looked like a child had done the work. The technicians couldn't explain to me what they were doing as they didn't speak any English.
